Daniel is having surgery on his left eye this Wednesday, June 10th. He has a lot of blood building up inside of it and the doctor is going to remove the blood so he will be able to see better. His right eye is the one he almost lost last summer, but he can actually see better with it than his left. I'm sure this is one reason why the Lord has blessed him by saving his right eye.

Yes, he will be receiving a blessing. We never go into surgery without getting one. We always rely on that faith to get us through these trials, so I'm not worried, but it doesn't hurt to have those extra prayers going out there on his behalf. He will be an outpatient, so we hope it will be a speedy recovery. He will be home Wednesday night. He'll have a follow-up appointment with the doctor on Thursday.
I'll post again on Thursday or Friday to let everyone know how he is doing.
